Something VERY special for you here. This yarn is a blend of wool, silk and linen, it has a bit of texture and is thick 'n' thin. Thinnest bits are as fine as the finest 1ply and the thickest bits are like a fine 4ply. Overall it will knit as a laceweight but be prepared for slubs and texture.
"Cube" was the second lot of yarn to be dyed from the "Lacanau" batch. Lacanau was an ombre dye in these colours but a lot brighter; Cube has a lower dilution of pigment so the colours are more gentle. You have navy blue, duck egg, orange and primrose, all shading in and out of each other. It's named for a wooden cube I made at art school in the '80s - I painted it in these colours and when this yarn came out of the dye pot it took me straight back there!
This sort of yarn, hand-dyed, would normally retail at £22-23+ but it's offered here for a bargain. Price is per skein. Go on, treat yourself!
100g per skein, no real idea of the metreage but it's bound to be over 600m.
