Yarn Shop Day 2020

Exciting news! After being postponed from it's usual Spring slot, Yarn Shop Day is back in a couple of weeks! We will be holding our event over the weekend of 14th and 15th November: We have the Spinstars with the story of yarn from sheep to sweater, with demonstrations of carding, blending and spinning. There will be goody bags, Mystery Balls, a free-to-enter raffle, a brand new pattern from Vixter Woolista, lots of hand-spun yarn for sale (as well as all our usual brands of course) and a bargain clearance sale over at the old shop.

All this is of course dependent on the Covid situation prevailing at the time, so keep your fingers crossed everyone. We haven't worked out yet how to manage the crowds but we will have limited numbers able to enter the shop, so do be prepared to wait or come back later, or maybe loiter with a cappuccino in our very own cafe!
