A pretty, frosty sock yarn, hand-dyed in Devizes by me, Vixter Woolista.
This is a blend of 75% superwash merino, 20% nylon and 5% Stellina. The Stellina gives a sparkle that's difficult to photograph but is really pretty and subtle. It's also non-scratch like metallics used to be as it's made from polyester rather than actual metal.
Each 100g skein contains approximately 400m of high-twist 4ply, which makes it super for socks but equally for just about any 4ply project you care to mention, as it's robust but bouncy and soft to the touch (obviously check your tension!). As this is hand-dyed, each skein is different so if your project calls for more than 100g, I would suggest alternating skeins every one or two rows.
