Help us celebrate the coronation of King Charles III by joining in our crown competition. There's a small thank-you for each entrant.
As long as it's knitted or crocheted (or indeed any other textile art - embroidery, weaving, felting etc) by your own fair hands, we don't care what it is as long as a crown is included. You'll need to leave your entry with us in good time for judging on Saturday 30th April; if you are happy to leave your crown with us to decorate the window for the following weekend (the coronation is on Saturday 6th May) that would be lovely but the timing also gives you a week to fetch it back should you want it for the big day yourself.
Given the timing, we are not only hoping to see coronation crowns but May Queen/King crowns too!
Come on folks, get creative! We have lots of ideas and patterns in stock but feel free to make up your own designs.
There will be a small prize for the public's favourite but the real prize is the glory. Free to enter. Enter as many times as you wish.
