This is a colourful gradient yarn with a nice twist that gives it a slightly textured look and feel. The high alpaca content makes it lovely and soft.
A standard DK, you can use this for pretty much any DK pattern as long as you check your tension (of course you will!). Rico suggest a tension of 22 stitches and 28 rows on 4mm needles = 10cm x 10cm over stocking stitch.
Each ball is approximately 100g/300m (that's a great metreage) and is machine washable on a gentle wool cycle. It's 42% alpaca, 40% polyamide, 18% wool.
