New old stock from my shop Pins & Needles in Devizes, this pure wool was originally on sale there for £4.80 a ball, now it's a real bargain and just £3 each.
Each 50g ball contains approximately 165m of pure extrafine merino. Machine washable. Super soft and smooth, great for babies and adults alike. It can even go in a gentle tumble dry!
Suggested needle/hook size is 3mm to 3.5mm; it is a teeny bit thicker than a standard 4ply but not quite a sport weight. It will work as a 4ply for most patterns if you use the smaller needles and be sure to check your tension carefully.
I don't have the details of the original colour names - I've just given them a descriptive name here. The numbers are the important bit if you look them up with Katia.
Please note this yarn is not in the Devizes shop but you may arrange to collect it from there to save you the postage costs.
