A super fun yarn - multicoloured, multi-fibre, textured. Great stuff. Nice and soft too with it's blend of 36% alpaca, 29% polyamide, 25% cotton, 10% polyester.
Each 50g ball has approx. 120m of fun, they call it an Aran which would indicate 5mm needles but on the ball-band they suggest 6mm with a tension of 17sts & 24 rows = 10cm over knitted stocking stitch. D'you know what? I reckon you could even use it as a DK - try it, swatch it, see what you can do with it. Looks like it could be good fun to weave with too.
