Learn to knit socks in the round on four double-pointed needles. You need to be able to knit basic stitches.
You'll start off with some scrap yarn to make a mini sock, using all the techniques that you would use for a regular sized sock. In your goody bag will be a set of DPNs ( the needles), a ball of sock yarn and a basic pattern. Please note that standard sock yarn contains wool - please let us know if you can't use it and we will provide a substitute.
Price of £15 includes the goody bag, tuition, a discount voucher for future sock yarn purchases, 10% off any other shop purchases on the night, and light refreshments - we have a proper barista coffee machine

Covid policy - we have plenty of hand sanitiser if you wish to use it. We are only a little shop with no brilliant ventilation so we ask that you wear facecoverings. If as a group the unanimous decision is that you would prefer to leave them off then that's fine but it must be unanimous. If in doubt please contact us beforehand and we can ensure that masks are worn without causing you any fuss on the night.
